LipSyncAI makes it easy to animate faces. With that power comes responsibility. You may not use the Service to create, upload or share content that:
- Uses any person's face, likeness or voice without their explicit consent.
- Impersonates a real person, public figure, brand or organisation in a deceptive way, or fabricates statements they never made.
- Is intended to mislead about elections, public health, emergencies or current events.
- Is sexual, sexually suggestive or nude content of any real person, or any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful context.
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, defames or promotes hatred or violence.
- Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft or bypassing identity verification (KYC) systems.
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights.
Uploading media
By uploading, you confirm you own the media or have permission, and that every identifiable person has consented to being animated. Upload only images of adults unless you are the parent or legal guardian and the use is non-commercial and appropriate.
Disclosure
Label AI-generated videos clearly when sharing them publicly, especially when depicting real people, and follow each platform's synthetic-media rules.
Enforcement
We may review content flagged by automated systems or reports, remove content, suspend accounts without refund, and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Report misuse to our support email.
