By creating an account or using lipsync.online (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
2. Paid access — no free plan
Creating an account is free, but AI generation features are available only with an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew according to the selected plan unless canceled. Credits are granted per billing period and may only be used within the Service; they have no cash value.
3. Your content and consent
You retain ownership of media you upload ("Inputs") and, subject to these Terms and your plan, of the videos generated ("Outputs"). You confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and explicit consent from every identifiable person whose face, likeness or voice appears in your Inputs, and that your use of Outputs complies with applicable law. You grant us a limited licence to process Inputs solely to provide the Service.
4. AI-generated content
Outputs are created by AI and may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. You must not present AI-generated media of a real person as authentic footage in a way that could deceive or harm. Where required by law or platform rules, you are responsible for labelling Outputs as AI-generated.
5. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, without refund.
6. Commercial use
Commercial use of Outputs is permitted on plans that include it (currently Pro and Ultra), subject to Section 3.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI providers may change, and features may evolve.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime from Billing. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
